LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
The Las Vegas 51s are set to return to Cashman Field this week.
The minor league baseball team is in its 30th season as part of the Pacific Coast League (PCL), and Triple-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays.
They will begin playing an eight-game homestead this Friday.
First, they will face the Iowa Cubs in a four-game series Aug. 10 through Aug. 13.
The Las Vegas 51s will then take on the Omaha Storm Chasers in a four-game series from Aug. 14 to Aug. 17.
All of the games will begin at 7:05 p.m. at Cashman Field near Las Vegas Boulevard and Washington.
Gates open at 6 p.m.
The 51s will hold various events, contests and giveaways during their eight-game homestead.
