A 69-year-old man who fell off a dock Sunday and spent the night in Lake Havasu has been rescued, the Mohave County Sheriff's Office reported.
James Miller hadn't been seen since around noon Sunday when he took a shuttle from his home to Lake Havasu's Nautical Inn.

When a rescue was attempted, Miller went completely under the water and had to be pulled out by a deputy. Miller told police that he had been sitting on a dock Sunday when he became dizzy and fell into the water.
Miller is being treated at Havasu Regional Medical Center where is he listed in stable condition.
