LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Las Vegas firefighters responded to a vacant house fire Sunday morning at around 4:30 a.m. near South 10th Street.
When firefighters arrived, the outside of a one story house was on fire and had spread to the interior.
The fire also spread to the outside of the house next door.
Firefighters had both fires out within 5 minutes.
Fire investigators determined the fire started outside between the two homes and then spread to the interior of one of the homes.
It appeared that a homeless person had been living outside against the house, the area where the fire started.
Damage is estimated at $10,000.
No injuries were reported.
