Henderson Fire Department responds to house fire - FOX5 Vegas - KVVU

The Henderson Fire Department responded to a house fire just before 5 a.m. Sunday near Boulder Highway and Texas Avenue.
When firefighters arrived, heavy fire and smoke were showing from the back yard of a single-story residence. Two sheds and two vehicles were fully involved in the yard.
The fire spread to the attic of an adjacent home.
Six adults and three children were displaced and are being assisted by the American Red Cross.
There were no injuries reported.
Damage is estimated at $22,000.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
