A memorial service is slated Friday for a Nellis airman killed in a motorcycle accident.
Senior Airman Derek Moore, 23, of Bald Knob, Ark., died when he was ejected from his bike on the 215 Northern Beltway near N. Pecos Road on Monday.
Nellis Air Force Base said a service to remember Moore was scheduled for 3 p.m. at the base chapel.
Moore served as an electro-environmental journeyman assigned to the 757th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Nellis officials said.
He has been at the base since Sept. 2009.
