Body of CO shooting victim to be flown to Nevada

RENO, NV (FOX5) -

A former resident of Reno who lost his life in the mass shooting in Colorado last week will be flown back to Nevada for burial.

Navy veteran Jonathan Blunk's body will arrive at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport at around 6:30 p.m. Friday.

A funeral service is scheduled for Aug. 3.

Blunk was among 12 people killed in Aurora, CO at a screening of The Dark Knight Rises. Blunk graduated from Reno's Hug High School in 2004, according to the Associated Press.
