LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Computer issues at Southwest Airlines created longer waits at McCarran International Airport on Thursday.

The airline said its computers at McCarran went down just after 6 a.m.

Southwest reported a larger call volume and a back-up for passengers checking-in.

There was no word on an exact wait time at the Las Vegas airport.

The airline did not specify the cause of the technical glitch.

McCarran Airport's website reported several delayed departures for flights Thursday morning.

You can check departure times coming out of Las Vegas at mccarran.com/Fly/Departures.aspx.
