LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
AAA Nevada is hosting its free Summer Check-up for motorists who are hitting the road.
Wednesday's open house event is at the AAA Branch office at 10860 West Charleston Boulevard, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
AAA Emergency Road Service (ERS) operators and Battery Service technicians will be on-site for free road trip diagnostic services that include battery, fluid and tire air check-ups performed on the premises.
During the check-up, all visitors are also encouraged to get a AAA Auto Insurance quote and pick up their free AAA Summer Adventure Kit.
For each quote, AAA will donate $5 to the Nevada State Parks.
AAA membership is not required to participate.
