LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
A flash flood warning was issued through 3:15 p.m. for west central Clark County, the National Weather Service said Monday.
FOX5 chief meteorologist Stacey Donaldson said a storm cell expected to dump heavy rain is moving through the southwest side of town and is heading towards the Las Vegas Strip area.
The NWS also forecasted more than an inch of rain with runoff likely to produce flooding.
Motorists are being advised to take caution when driving through streets with standing water.
