Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman is slated to help usher in the sixth Las Vegas location of chicken finger chain Raising Cane's next week.
The owner of the franchise, MRG Marketing and Management, has scheduled a ground breaking ceremony at the 9515 Rock Springs Drive location on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
The company said it will continue evaluating possible locations for further growth during 2013.
"It has been well over a year since our last opening in Las Vegas and we are extremely excited to open this location in our home market," said President and CEO for MRG, Joe Micatrotto. "We still have solid plans to grow in Henderson, Summerlin, as well as the Nellis area."
The new location was also expected to bring between 40 and 60 jobs to the area.
MRG Marketing and Management, Inc. is now accepting applications and conducting interviews for qualified managers.
Resumes can be emailed to email@example.com.
"We are very excited about our sixth location in the Las Vegas market," Micatrotto said. "Our 'ONE LOVE' is our fresh, never frozen chicken tenders, and that represents everything we do from our culture to our focus on community and guest service."
