NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -
A motorcyclist was killed after the rider was ejected from the bike on the 215 Northern Beltway early Monday.
Nevada Highway Patrol reported the single-vehicle accident on the westbound lanes of the 215 Beltway at N. Pecos Road just after 3 a.m.
Authorities said the motorcyclist failed to stay in the far right lane, entered the shoulder and was ejected.
The rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers were investigating what caused the motorcycle to lose control.
The crashed was not blocking traffic early Monday.
