78-year-old Verna Lee Roberts found unharmed

HENDERSON, NV (FOX5) -

Henderson Police have located 78-year-old Verna Lee Roberts at a mobile home park on Boulder Highway in Henderson Saturday night, after issuing a missing person report earlier in the day.

A woman in the mobile home park saw the missing person story on the news and recognized her as a guest of a neighbor. The resident phoned Henderson Police.

Police found Roberts sitting outside of a residence at the mobile home park at about 11:45 p.m. Saturday. Roberts told police that she was staying at the mobile home park while her car was being repaired.

According to police, Verna Lee Roberts told her family she was traveling to California to see country music singer Dwight Yoakam in concert.
