Henderson police said a robber dubbed the "Plaid Bandit" struck a second U.S. Bank branch on Wednesday.
According to detectives, the suspect entered the branch inside a Smith's grocery store in the 800 block of S. Boulder Highway about 3:30 p.m.
The person handed a teller a note demanding money. After being handed an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect took the note back from the teller and fled.
No weapon was shown in the incident and no one was injured.
Police described the suspect as a white man in his late 20s to early 30s, 6' to 6'2" and about 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a ball cap, blue and white plaid shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes.
Detectives believe the man also robbed the American First Credit Union in the 300 block of N. Stephanie Street on July 13.
Police urge anyone with information on the suspect to call Henderson PD at 702-267-4750 or Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
