LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
According to Metro police, a teen was twice shot in the head at around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday on McLeod Drive near Eastern and Tropicana Avenues.
Police said the incident began as road rage that included a minor accident. The shooter, driving a Jeep, blocked the teen's vehicle in a parking lot before getting out and shooting him twice.
One bullet severed the teen's ear; the other lodged in his head.
While officers where investigating the scene, the shooter came forward and surrendered.
Police said the victim was taken to Sunrise Trauma but his injuries are not life-threatening.
