LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Metro police are investigating a shooting at Valley View Boulevard and Sahara Avenue.

Police said shots were fired just before 9 p.m. Friday. Officers discovered one victim near a bus stop.

The victim had been shot in the lower hip. He was taken to University Medical Center for treatment.

Police so far have not identified a suspect.
