Metro police have captured a Nevada State Prison inmate who escaped custody back on May 9.
Metro's Criminal Apprehension Team (CATS) took Spike Brown, 31, into custody Monday. Brown, along with 29-year-old Jonathan Jackson, escaped from a prison work crew.
Jackson was captured soon after escaping.
CATS detectives located Brown at the Alexis Park Hotel where he was taken into custody without incident.
CATS is made up of law enforcement professionals from Metro, the FBI and the Henderson Police Department.
