HENDERSON, NV (FOX5) -
Henderson fire crews battled a house fire in the early morning hours Wednesday.
Henderson Fire was on the scene of a house fire on Sunday Grace Drive near Eastern Avenue and Coronado Center just before 4 a.m.
Investigators said the home's residents were awoken by the family dog and smoke detectors, evacuated the house and called 911. Fire crews arrived to find the home's second floor attic on fire and quickly knocked it down.
There were no injuries reported but the family has been displaced by the fire.
The fire has been ruled accidental and the damage estimated at approximately $10,000. The exact cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
