SWAT team at Lake Mead/D Street standoff

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A Metro SWAT team is on the scene of a police standoff near Lake Mead Boulevard and D Street.

Police told FOX5 the standoff is related to a domestic situation and the man who has barricaded himself inside a house is wanted for battery domestic violence. Police said the man may be armed.

Neighbors have been evacuated.
