LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Hang out with the Truth Truck and Vans Warped Tour performers to discuss tobacco issues with other teens Wednesday from noon to 6 p.m. at the Luxor Hotel parking lot.
The truck is rigged with a DJ booth, sound system and dance floor and tour organizers will be hosting fashion shows, dance contests and freestyle rap "battles."
The truth campaign targets young adults, ages 12 to 14 years old, because more than 80 percent of all adults smokers start smoking before they turn 18.
Since its launch in 2007 the truth campaign was directly responsible for keeping 450,000 teens from smoking during its first four years.
