NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -
North Las Vegas police will be patrolling intersections Thursday for drivers who violate traffic laws.
A "Joining Forces" safety event will focus on drivers who fail to obey traffic control devices, drivers who fail to obey posted speed limits and drivers who create safety hazards for those using the road.
NLVPD scheduled the enforcement period from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The event is part of a national traffic safety enforcement campaign.
