Maria Navarro is the proud owner of a brand new MINI Cooper.
She's a graduating senior from Sierra Vista High School and the grand prize winner of Desert MINI's Drive for Excellence program.
Desert MINI Las Vegas joined the Clark County School District School-Community Partnership Office to select the winner.
Navarro's name was drawn from a list of more than 600 eligible students at a celebration event.
The Drive for Excellence program recognizes high school seniors earning at least a 3.7 GPA, who also have zero unexcused or unverified absences.
Desert MINI and CCSD presented Navarro with the keys to her new car Tuesday.
