
Virtual students from the Nevada Connections Academy will receive their high school diplomas Friday.
Forty-four students will graduate.
Nevada Connections Academy is a free, virtual public school that serves students statewide in grades K-12.
Students attend from home or wherever they access school via Internet.
One graduating student has received a college scholarship valued at more than $100,000.
The ceremony is at the Historic Fifth Street School at 6 p.m.
