Motorists were temporarily diverted off the westbound Interstate 215 near I-15 following a reported chemical spill.
Nevada Highway Patrol reported a two-vehicle accident that led to the spill about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the westbound to southbound I-15 on-ramp.
Westbound traffic was reportedly diverted to I-15 before the spill scene.
A pool company vehicle was involved in the crash, authorities said.
Lanes began to open after 1 p.m.
