HENDERSON, NV (FOX5) -
The Henderson Fire Department responded to a duplex town home fire near Paseo Verde and Valle Verde at approximately 2:10 a.m. Saturday.
The occupants of both homes were not home at the time of the fire. A neighbor saw fire and smoke coming from the front door and called 911.
No injuries were reported.
The damage is estimated at $30,000.
