Lockdown lifted at Decker Elementary School

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Police activity briefly forced a lockdown Friday at Decker Elementary School near Flamingo Road and Rainbow Boulevard, according to Clark County School District officials.

The lockdown was ordered before the start of school, but was lifted at 9:30, a spokesman told FOX5.

Las Vegas Metro police were investigating a burglary on nearby Calella Drive, but there was no threat to the school.
