High school ROTC advisor arrested for sexual assault

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Metro police have arrested a high school ROTC advisor and charged him with sexual misconduct with a student.

49-year-old Douglas Young of Las Vegas was arrested Wednesday. Young is an ROTC advisor at Sunrise High School, near Carey Ave. and Hollywood Blvd.

The alleged sexual assault was reported Tuesday. Young is currently in custody at Clark County Detention Center.
