LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Las Vegas Metro police said a robbery suspect pretended to shop for rings when he threatened a store clerk and got away with the items.
According to detectives, the incident involving the suspect was reported in the 1000 block of S. Rainbow Boulevard, near Charleston Boulevard, about 7:14 p.m. on May 15.
The suspect was shown several rings. When the clerk asked for the rings back, the suspect threatened the clerk and fled with the merchandise.
Police said a store manager saw the suspect get away in a newer model silver four-door sedan.
The suspect was described as a white man in his late 20s, 5 feet, 120 pounds with short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a Hawaiian-style shirt, dark pants and black and white shoes, police said.
