LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
An off-duty Las Vegas Metro police officer was involved in a collision Wednesday between a motorcycle and a car, Nevada Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported at 7:38 a.m. near U.S. 95 and Cheyenne Avenue.
Troopers did not say if the officer in the collision was the motorcyclist or the driver of a blue Ford Escape.
NHP also did not say what led to the accident.
The motorcyclist was transported to University Medical Center. None of the injuries appeared to be serious, authorities said.
No roadways were being blocked following the collision.
