LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Las Vegas business owner Jonathan Call is charged with one count of theft of government property, according to a criminal indictment obtained Thursday by FOX5.
Back in August of 2011, the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, FBI, ICE and Metro Police carried out a joint raid at the Citadel Gun & Safe store on Dean Martin Drive near Flamingo Road.
According to the indictment, Call received and concealed stolen materials from Nellis Air Force Base. Some of that stolen equipment included body armor, heavy weapons mounts and chemical warfare suits.
The materials were returned to Nellis Air Force Base following the raid. Call is scheduled to be arraigned Friday, May 18 at 3 p.m.
