LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Metro police are investigating an auto fatality that occurred Thursday evening on Desert Inn Road west of South Cabana Drive.
Just before 7 p.m., a Nissan Sentra was traveling westbound when the vehicle swerved off the road and struck a light pole.
The driver, a 40-year-old man who has not yet been identified, was taken to Sunrise Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say it is possible the man suffered a medical episode.
