A meeting is scheduled for Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Centennial Hills Transit Center at 7313 Grand Montecito Parkway.
A second public hearing on the proposals will be May 12 at the Bonneville Transit Center from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The RTC also is accepting public comments on the transit fares.
