NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -
A man jaywalking on Lake Mead Boulevard was struck by an ambulance on Sunday night, according to North Las Vegas police.
The victim, who hasn't been identified, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at University Medical Center.
Police said he was outside of a crosswalk and may have been intoxicated when he was struck by an ambulance at about 8 p.m. near the Pecos Road intersection.
North Las Vegas police said an ambulance struck and killed a man who had been walking across a street Sunday night.
The ambulance driver and a passenger were not injured.
