Dig This honors Earth Day with Girl Scouts

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

In honor of Earth Day, a community wide recycling event was held at Dig This Las Vegas, the nation's first heavy equipment playground, to benefit the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada.

Among activities was the chance to help clean up the community with a recycling drive.

The company offering once-in-a-lifetime chances to play with real hydraulic excavators and bulldozers also offered young diggers the opportunity to touch the large machines.
