LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The family of a missing Las Vegas cab driver says there have been two arrests made in his disappearance.

Keith Goldberg, 54, went missing back in January.

His sister, Jodi, says police have arrested his ex-girlfriend and her husband. Jodi claims Keith's ex was the last person to see him alive and called in sick for him the day he went missing.

Police have not confirmed the names of those arrested.

The Goldbergs said police found their brother's 2009 silver Toyota Corolla near Sahara Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard. Keith Goldberg wasn't in the car.

Keith's brother, Jeff Goldberg, didn't want to comment on what condition the car was found in and would only say that police asked them for DNA samples.

"Every day, I'm home and tears are coming to my eyes because I can't imagine what happened to him," Jeff Goldberg told FOX5 back in March. "My mother's 80 years old. She needs some closure, and we need some closure."

As Jeff Goldberg investigated, he learned of uncharacteristic behavior.

"I called his cab company and found out from his cab company that he was scheduled for three days and didn't show up," he said.

That's something Jeff Goldberg said his brother would never do. Keith Goldberg also wouldn't go without his medication. Jeff Goldberg said his brother is a diabetic and needs insulin.
