Police investigating armed purse-snatching - FOX5 Vegas - KVVU

Longview Police were called to the scene of an armed robbery mid-afternoon Thursday.
Just after 3:30, a female victim told police that a man armed with a handgun, approached her, put the gun to her head, and stole her purse.
The victim stated the man then fled on foot.
Police recovered the victim's purse in a culvert a block away from the attack in the 1,400 block of Mobberly Avenue.
Authorities are actively searching for the suspect, who is described as a black male wearing a black hoodie, black pants and black shoes.
Police say the victim was not injured.
