Attorney Bob Massi files suit on behalf of former Ms. Nevada

Personal injury attorney Robert A. Massi, a frequent FOX News analyst and FOX5 contributor, has filed a lawsuit against a California tour bus company on behalf of former Ms. Nevada, Tracy Rodgers.

The suit claims that USASIA Casino Tours/Entertainment, Inc. and its subsidiary, US ASIA, LLC, are responsible for the 2011 crash that severely injured Rodgers.

The collision occurred on June 23, 2011 near Moapa. Rodgers was airlifted to University Medical Center for treatment.
