6 displaced in Vegas house fire

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

According to the American Red Cross, six people were forced from their home Tuesday evening by a house fire at Sandhill Road and Tropicana Avenue.

Red Cross volunteers are ensuring those displaced have beds, food, clothing, medication and other essentials.

There is no word yet on what started the fire.

The Southern Nevada Chapter of the Red Cross responds to disaster on average 30 hours.
