5-car wreck snarls morning commute on U.S. 95

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Northbound lanes of U.S. 95 near Russell Road were closed Tuesday morning following a five-car accident, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

The cause of the accident was not immediately known.

Drivers were urged to seek alternate routes until the wreck was cleared from the road.
