Rap music mogul Marion "Suge" Knight was arrested Wednesday in Las Vegas after being found with a small amount of a controlled substance, police said.
Knight was pulled over after making an unsafe lane change, according to Las Vegas Metro police.
A records check during the traffic stop found he had been wanted on three outstanding traffic warrants in Las Vegas, police said.
The officer also found an under an ounce of a controlled substance. Web site TMZ.com reported that substance as marijuana.
Knight was booked into the Clark County Detention Center and later released on his own recognizance, according to police.
TMZ said the founder of Death Row Records is currently serving a three-year probation for driving on a suspended license.
