A woman is alive today thanks to the quick actions of three Las Vegas heroes who are being honored by city leaders and the American Red Cross.
Kevin Fletcher, Morgan Keele and Carrah Jones were each given Red Cross Medals of Honor, Red Cross Recognition Certificates, and the Clark County Board of Commissioners' Proclamation of Recognition for their heroic efforts.
Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins and American Red Cross Service Delivery Manager Marie Tasker recognized the three individuals who used their Red Cross Lifesaving certification to save a woman's life.
Collins spoke about the importance of knowing the CPR skills that the three demonstrated resulting in the victim's recovery.
He called on the community at large to learn CPR and perhaps save more lives in the future.
