Nearly 20 displaced in apartment fire

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Nearly 20 people are without a home following an apartment fire at a complex near Lake Mead Boulevard and Nellis Boulevard Tuesday evening.

The American Red Cross is assisting, ensuring those displaced have a place to sleep, food, clothing, mediation and other essentials.

Red Cross volunteers will stay in touch with residents over the next few days.

Fire investigators have not yet released the cause of the blaze.
