Clark County's special evening caucus turned to chaos Saturday night when several people who tried to enter Summerlin's Adelson Educational Campus were turned away.
Shoving and shouting ensued, with some of the skirmishes caught on camera and immediately sent to national news networks covering Nevada's Republican caucus.
The "sundown" session was organized to accommodate voters who could not attend the earlier caucus for religious reasons.
Those who arrived at the Adelson school were told they had to sign an affidavit proving so, according to FOX5's Matt DeLucia.

When some people refused, they tried to fight their way into the school, claiming their rights were being violated.
Many voters -- including one FOX5 employee -- said they received a phone call telling them they could attend the evening caucus if they missed the day's earlier session.
