Gingrich set for Vegas appearances Friday

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Newt Gingrich is set to make a pair of appearances Friday in Las Vegas before the Nevada Republican Caucus.

The presidential candidate will attend a rally at Stoney's Rockin' Country in Las Vegas, located at 9151 Las Vegas Boulevard South, which is slated to get started at 10 a.m.

Gingrich will make an appearance later in the evening at the International Church of Las Vegas at 7:30 p.m. Friday.

Gingrich made two appearances Thursday ahead of Saturday's Nevada caucus. He toured and rallied at Xtreme Manufacturing, a heavy-duty forklift production plant, before hearing to a Hispanic Leadership Roundtable at the World Market Center.

The former Speaker of the House made campaign appearances in Reno and Carson City on Wednesday.
