FOX5 Vegas - KVVUMiracle Mile Shops to 'Go Red for Women', heart health

The Miracle Mile Shops on the Las Vegas Strip is honoring American Heart Month and National Wear Red Day with a special public gathering Thursday.
Organizers for the Go Red for Women event is inviting people to the event which raises heart health awareness, which is being recognized throughout February.
Participants will be treated to complimentary cocktails at PBR Rock Bar, located at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Drive.
Organizers will also have participants assemble a heart-shape outside Miracle Mile Shops for a photo opportunity.
The event is slated from 4 p.m. through 8 p.m., beginning with American Heart Association members handing out educational information on heart disease.
Complimentary cocktails will be served from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
