Authorities released the name of a 63-year-old Las Vegas man who was fatally struck by two vehicles while crossing Boulder Highway.

According to the Clark County Coroner's office, Charles Leo Grazier died of blunt force injuries of the head after being struck Tuesday night by a work van and, then, by a pick-up truck on Boulder Highway near Lamb Boulevard.

The Coroner's office also ruled the death as an accident.

Police said Grazier was hit just after 6 p.m. while jaywalking across Boulder Highway.

The driver of the pick-up truck that was trailing the van fled the scene. The van's driver remained on scene and waited for police.

Grazier's death represented the eighth traffic-related fatality in the Metro's jurisdiction this year.

Police urge anyone with information on the incident to contact Metro's Accident Investigation Section at 702-828-3802.
