LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The U.S. Court House building in downtown Las Vegas is scheduled to be the site of an Occupy protest against what demonstrators call "corporate personhood."

Organizers for Occupy the Courts said more than 80 court houses across the U.S. will be occupied Friday, a day before the second anniversary of the Supreme Court decision of the citizens versus the Federal Election Commission ruling.

That decision removed most limits on corporate and labor spending in federal elections, organizers said.

The Las Vegas demonstration will be held at the District Court on Las Vegas Boulevard.

The group is trying to gain support for a constitutional amendment that would ban "corporate personhood."

The demonstration is slated for 9 a.m.
