Video of armed home invasion suspect released

NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -

North Las Vegas Police Department detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying an armed robber.

At about 8:50 a.m. back on Nov. 28, police say a North Las Vegas resident was robbed at gunpoint during a home invasion in the 3900 block of Royal Stone Court, near 5th Street and Alexander Road.

Police say the man forced his way through into the house through a window, held the victim at gunpoint and demanded cash and valuables.

The man fired his gun on the property, but no one was hit.

The suspect fled the house on foot with a few items.

During the ordeal, a neighbor captured video of the man just prior to and after the home invasion.

Police say the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
