LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
The woman who accused singer Justin Bieber of fathering her child is due in a Las Vegas court Dec. 12 on a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from an arrest last year.
According to an arrest report, 20-year-old Mariah Yeater got into a fight with her ex-boyfriend and slapped him three times in the face.
The Dec. 21 incident was witnessed by multiple people, according to the report, which was posted on TMZ's website.
Yeater claimed her ex-boyfriend choked her, but police noted that she had no visible injuries and witnesses denied she was attacked.
Yeater became a household name this week when she claimed Bieber, 17, impregnated her during a backstage fling following a concert last October.
