Nevada's charities benefit from 'Big Give' Thursday - FOX5 Vegas - KVVU

Nevadans will have the opportunity to give back to their community Thursday in the state's first statewide online charity drive.
Philanthropy organization NevadaGIVES says a number of charities will benefit from Nevada's Big Give.
The initiative, organizers said, is expected to promote personal giving and bring new donors and dollars to nonprofits across the Silver State.
The drive will also be as simple as a point of the mouse, organizers announced.
NevadaGIVES said every 501(c)(3) organization in the state is automatically registered to participate and receive donations on Nov. 17.
Organizers said they hope to raise $1 million in that single day.
