The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas is set to fill positions for the new Octavius Tower at Caesars Palace during a job fair Thursday.
The nonprofit hospitality training school said it expects to help fill 90 guest room attendant positions from the career fair scheduled at its campus on West Lake Mead Boulevard.
Attendees will include Academy graduates as well as community partner referrals from groups like Catholic Charities, JobConnect, the Latin Chamber of Commerce, and the Goodwill, among others.
"We're delighted to be helping to fill nearly 100 job openings for the Octavius Tower at Caesars Palace through our job fair today," said Steven Horsford, CEO of the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas. "Partnering with these organizations is helping to make sure people get back to work as soon as possible."
The job fair is scheduled at 5 p.m. at the Culinary Academy at 710 West Lake Mead Boulevard.
The Octavius Tower will reportedly open Jan. 2.
